This wine dons the album art of the contemporary South African Jazz Collaborative record, "Indaba Is," a legendary musical compilation that weaves and bends together, etched with the ardor of the 52 musicians it contains. The wine it adorns takes encouragement from this collaborative energy - a blend of grapes from 5 different parcels - Orangerie, Hillside, Kasteelsig, Paarderberg & Waterval - all dotted across the Swartland and made whole by their togetherness - the combination of juice, 7 blissful days on skins and some cherishing, the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
